Experienced Recruitment Consultant in temporary staffing ( Hospitality) wanted for this position, hence the higher than market pay bands and the commission starts from day 1, if you are appointed.
We have a wide spread of customers across the london.
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and job requirements.
Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other methods.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and qualifications.
Present qualified candidates to the client and facilitate the interview process.
Provide feedback to both the client and candidates after each stage of the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and benefits on behalf of the client and candidate.
Manage the offer and acceptance process, including finalizing any necessary paperwork.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to establish a strong network.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the company’s database.
Meet or exceed established recruitment goals and metrics.
Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share knowledge and resources.
